Not a very good experience . Had a telephone interview with Andrew (Scottish) from HR , then an onsite interview with Operations Manager Harry for a refrigeration role , all went well . They said they would let me know in 3 weeks . But no email , no letter , no call . I called Andrew from HR and he said it was their policy to inform people . A very disappointing experience . I hope they run their business better than that .
