I purchased carpet for my house from the Carpet Selection Centre and found all the staff to be professional and helpful. Scot, in particular, was very patient and guided me through my options and helped me to make the best choice for my home as I was carpeting the entire house. On the day it was laid, Scot was again there to help ensure the process ran smoothly and all my furniture was carefully moved and placed back carefully as the laying was completed. I have been nothing but completely satisfied and the layers were very polite, friendly and efficient in their work. I highly recommend anyone seeking a reasonable price and quality carpet and service to go and see Scot at Carpet Selection Centre.

I recently had to replace 4 rooms of carpet . For me this is a daunting task as I have on idea about how carpets should look when it comes to color and texture and workability . The staff came to my home with samples and helped me understand how the new carpets would work and look. It was laid on time and all my worries were put to rest. Long story short, the price , service and quality I could not fault. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Thanks job well done.

DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY Purchased carpets from this place and paid a deposit, we made a booking for a final measure only no one turned up. After waiting for two hours rang them and was told they didn’t have us booked in at all, but someone did eventually come as we’re re not to far from them. Few days later manager rang and booked us in for the installation which was about 4 weeks wait as it’s coming up to Christmas and it’s a busy period. The night before, we emptied all the rooms (lounge, dine and 4 bedrooms) and put all the furniture in the backyard ready for the carpet layers in the morning. They DID NOT TURN UP again, after a frantic call to them I was told they didn’t have us booked in, rang back and spoke to the manager who tried to put the blame on another staff member, very unprofessional, when I confronted him that he organised the installation he kept palming the mistake onto someone else and kept trying to make excuses, would not take responsibility for not doing the job he need to do. After a messy confrontation with him we got our deposit back told him to shove his carpet and work ethics up his arse and took our business elsewhere, got a better quality carpets at a cheaper price. HOPELESS AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL if I could I would give them a minus zero
