Went in with my brother to buy carpet for our place. We knew what we wanted but Stewart went above and beyond to provide great information and advice surrounding the different brands and makes/styles of carpet. After speaking with him we knew we would purchase our carpet through Carpet One but just needed to figure out the colour and feel. Measure & quote and installation was very professional - especially as our stairs have very little room underneath to attach it to. The overall look and feel is amazing. Lastly we recently contacted Stewart and the reception team for assistance with the warranty information and they came back within a day. Would highly recommend Carpet One to others- the reason we initially visited them was based on their outstanding reviews
