I recently purchased a lounge suite and 2 beds and I was extremely happy with the quality of service I received in the showroom, Jo went above and beyond with attention to detail. I was also very happy with the delivery service, Darren was very efficient and took great care when removing packaging and everything was left tidy. I will be recommending Carpet One to anyone who is looking for furniture, etc.

Great service, product and result! Lindsey was awesome, coming out to measure up then meeting me at my work and my convenience to pick products/colours. He was so helpful with his product knowledge which led me to pick products that we love and will use again in the next Reno. Steve the floor layer did a beautiful job and worked like a absolute pro! Definitely want Steve for the next job also.
We have recently purchased furniture from Carpet one at Redcliffe. We were not only happy with the quality of the furniture and the great in store service but also impressed with the great delivery service, where the driver brought in the items, put the chairs together and took away all the boxes & wrapping , while being extremely happy to do it. I would definitely recommend Carpet one for any future purchases.
We just had our bedroom carpets installed and cannot fault the whole experience from getting the quote right through to installation. Both Mel and Mitch were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They were also able to arrange installation on very short notice just before Christmas. We would highly recommend them.
