utterly disappointing from a quality and professional standpoint. From a company that spoke so highly of themselves they cannot produce a product of such talk. I would hesitate to contract work to shapecut due to words from the managers mouth from the boss, "we cannot commit to a quality product everytime". Be wary of your orders and product in return!!!!
