We had a wonderful shopping experience at Spotlight Carnegie. The store has wide variety of art, craft and home decor items. Most of the items have discount offers and others are competitively priced. Store staff seemed friendly and professional. We bought an Elna sewing machine and we got a great deal on that. Theodora, who was kind of an expert in sewing machines, was very helpful in explaining different machines and their features. She made our shopping experience even better. Unlike other stores, Spotlight was well equipped with staff availability. Signage was good and the design of store made it easy to find items while meandering around. Parking at the shopping centre was available despite weekend. Toilets are located at the top floor which might be an issue for some as the access appeared to be through stairs only.

A top-notch customer service! I didn't have a member card with me today. the staff tried to find my account with my mobile number and my last name spending about two minutes for me. Just purchasing 9.50 tea towel with no membership discount anyway so I felt like don't worry about it but she finally managed to find my account. No matter what, I think they will be there for you

The woman who helped me was very polite and she helped me choose the right bedding for my big move from Perth back to Melbourne. There was a sale on too so I saved quite a lot of money.

Fully stocked store and friendly staff. Pretty inefficient though; sale items are put through one by one manually typed?!

Staff are so rude,they avoid you and serving you at any cost, very good at pointing or saying I don't know. If staff are too scared to work and serve people, then stay home customers don't have all day running around self serving themselves when in a hurry. Absolutely pathetic and such a waste of my time. Couldn't get everything I need because staff wouldn't help me. Not shopping there again
