This is probably the best ramen for miles around. They have delicious, flavourful soup that's unique and a cut above the rest, enough to keep us coming back for more. Their chashu pork is grilled and seasoned well. Servings are generous but not overly huge, with just the right amount of meat and toppings. Making the trek from quite a few suburbs away, I come here for my ramen fix and a quick, satisfying feed, and have remained absolutely happy with the speed of service.

We had our dinner at Shyun. Is delicious with shoya pork broth (thicker taste), and their chicken broth taste lighter but is good. their charsiu is yummy. You would ask for more!
The ramen they here is amazing. Give this place a try when you have craving for their amazing meat broth ramen. The reason why I gave 4 stars is that their ice cream machine has been broken for longer a year. When I asked them about this, a waitress told me that it will be fixed soon. I was a little taken aback because they have not fixed the machine for over a year! They have many green tea ice cream posters outside, but they would only to tell you that they can't serve these because of the broken machine. May be get rid of these posters in order to not mislead your customers.

Shyun Ramen Bar is an affordable Japanese restaurant in Carnegie. We sampled some of their dishes during our lunch break. The gyoza were fresh and juicy. The pork ramen was refreshing and wholesome. Unfortunately, the huge katsu curry and the agedashi tofu left more to be desired.
Small basic setup, busy Japanese restaurant. Good food at very affordable prices and service is efficient. Because of the limited number of tables you might have to stand outside until one becomes available.
This is always the families go to Japanese restaurant. The food here so so good. I generally get a soup and they never disappoint. We ordered takeaway and it was out on time and well packaged in containers, no spills. Whilst we got other food it stayed warm and was finished within a few minutes because its so delicious. Overall definitely recommend for anyone wanting a good noodle soup or any Japanese food because it will definitely satisfy a Japanese food craving.
I have been to this venue a few times now and have tried a different dish every time. For each of those times, I have always left feeling satisfied! - The food tastes fresh and most importantly, it has always been delicious. I also like the fact you order and pay at the beginning rather than queuing up at the end of a meal. The service was great - friendly and helpful staff! If you want delicious, simple Japanese food, I highly recommend you give this venue a shot!
