Petal and Rose uses this wholesaler virtually exclusively for all its flowers. I'm there on a regular basis. The staff are warm, friendly and full of knowledge and patience for an independent florist like myself. The quality of the flowers is excellent and they always go out of their way to assist and get me what I need. Perhaps not as big as some of the other wholesalers but for me it's quality over quantity that keeps me returning several times per week.

Recently went there with a friend, looking to buy some flowers to practice flower decoration for the upcoming event at our business (we have a business that involve gift and flowers). I was surprised that the "owner" was shocking rude, absolutely terrible. She rudely asked where my shop is, what's the address etc. There is no rule on their website you have to present or declare your business address or name card in order to buy their flowers. We are customers and we buy not beg for their flowers. Learn some manners and customer's service skills if you want to do a better business. We will never go back again.
Absolutely shocking! For my first time getting blooms from there, one of the “owners” snapped at me the entire time and just shrugged her shoulders at me when I asked the price of something. Then continued to rudely yell when I was about to put my flowers on the counter to try to pay. The rest of the staff are amazing and apologised on her behalf, but that is no way to run a business and talk to a customer. Beautiful flowers and great quality, but don’t think I’ll be going back again.
I am happy with my first experience although it was via a phone call. The answerer was patient and friendly. I feel welcomed as a new customer. I hope you can always keep good standards.

I'm aware this a wholesaler store only, but it was suggested I visit to have a browse of the product as my florist has ordered through Impulse before. When I arrived and asked to have a look around, I was told very rudely that under no circumstances could he help me, "I don't know what type of florist you have because they should know not to send you here", and carried on like that, shaking his head and basically making out like it was an absolute travesty that I assumed I might be able to browse. "go look in your florists shop". Unfortunately my florist doesn't have a wholesale sized store with the variation that you have, which is why I came to begin with. Fair enough that the general public arent allowed to browse, it was frustrating, but I understand - however under no circumstances is it acceptable for any company to speak to a potential client in that way. I'm not an unreasonable person and I very rarely write good or bad reviews for any small business but I very promptly let my florist know the experience I had so she won't be back and I'll be sure to let others know the same. Learn some manners, there's a way you could have said the exact same thing without being rude or aggressive.
