Purchased a drive shaft from them, 4 months later had a malfunction [Required replacement shaft urgent for an Audi Allroad not the usual product]. They had it delivered within an hour covered all mechanic, tow truck and other cost without question something you don't come to expect these days without argument shouting etc. They said they had a guarantee when I originally purchased and they proved it.
After a phone call with a very grumpy and rushed man who was difficult to understand, I was going to leave 1 star HOWEVER I took a chance after reading google reviews and came in and spoke to CHRIS and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took his time with me and advised a few things I should check before pulling my steering rack out in case its a waste of my time and money. It is not very often that you find this kind of genuine honesty and consideration and I will definitely be back.
