A fantastic central location on Swanston Street with close by convenience stores, eateries, main tram stop to major destinations 2 minutes away and Melbourne Central train station and shopping only 5 minutes away. Room size is great but missing simple things like tissues. Staff and housekeeping services are good too.

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff. Close to the CBD, a few places to eat around. A small convenience store right in front. Value for money. Team stop just outside. Good house keeping, they come around every day asking if you need anything The only negative is the noise from the streets. Sound proofing is not good enough. Not a place for you are a light sleeper and the slightest noise wakes you up. Our room was on the first floor facing the Swanston Street, this probably made it worse.

The apartment is not as advertised and filthy; marks all over the walls and floor, air conditioning is loud and barely works, iron marks burnt onto the carpet, shower head leaks and sprays everywhere. There was no hot water service on Friday night and my autistic son had to have a cold shower. My room stinks of cigarette smoke. Light blown in the bathroom, expendable mirror missing, beds are so uncomfortable. A 300 deposit was taken for what? To clean up other people mess???

Close to public transport and the city but the room was very budget. Bathroom door didn't shut, the kitchen had nothing to cook with, and air conditioning unit was about 20 years old.

Rooms smell of cigarette smoke. There are bins inside the entrance that really stink.
