The team were fantastic, not only did they find a solution for my daughter's eye sight that is degenerating too quickly, they gave it to me on the spot so we could start treatment that day. 3 weeks later my daughter is sleeping with contacts and wearing nothing (glasses etc) during the day, it's amazing. I’ve been going to Jess for years and followed her from her old practice to this one, which she currently owns. She genuinely cares about her patients, and gives extra time to address concerns & questions. I love how thorough she is, I have never experienced better care.
Some nice glasses, but despite over 5 minutes of waiting & trying on couldn’t get any assistance (the guy just made a series of phone calls and ignored me). And I was the only customer! I gave up & left. Maybe he was having a bad day.
