I found the staff of QCS to be very accommodating. They were able to adapt to my needs around work timing and for this I am very grateful. The results were perfect and back-up help impressive.

Lenny came next day, times that suited me. SMS with approx arrival time. I had a list with 5 various problems to have fixed. All done, gave a couple of useful tips to a "computer dummie." Good value. Thank you Ronda

Took the computer in for a CPU fan fault. Couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone to enquire about progress. 75 and a day later the technician did a visual inspection. Fortunately the case is glass - if they had to actually open it I hate to think how long it might have taken. I was told the motherboard had some damage. I was asked for a fee to source a replacement motherboard. (No, not to buy or install one, to FIND one - it took me literally less than 10 seconds to find the replacement online.) In spite of the bizarre parts finders fee I was told the fan was working even though it was reporting an error so I could just ignore the fault. It's now home and the fan is not working. Perhaps they're hoping to fry the CPU and charge a CPU finders fee? Of course there was no answer on the phone. I've decided to try another company who answer their phones and do computer repairs.

Absolutely marvellous !! My initial email was responded to promptly by Katherine. An appointment was made at the first opportunity. Onsite advice was excellent and given in layman's terms so I could understand it. What could be fixed at the time was. Collection and delivery times were absolutely spot on when computer had to go into their shop for major work. The work done was fantastic. Lenny was amazing, patient, helpful and friendly. I absolutely, highly recommend the team at Quick.
