My grandmother had a X-ray appointment. The receptionist was really kind and helpful. She was really patient and guided me via phone to the car park. She had a wheelchair ready and helped me to get my grandmother through. The staff were very lovely and professional.

Today I had to go for a Medical image. It was conducted by a STUDENT & her name was AN.She was such a pleasant person & did the test very well. Very good service. Without any hesitation I could recommend this place for any suitable Medical image/s. I've attending this place several times over the years for X-rays and Ultrasounds. The staff is extremely efficient and friendly. I have always gotten my reports and scans in time for my follow up DR appointments. Would highly recommend this place.

Really bad experience. I had an appointment with then early morning on Saturday. I gave a ten minutes buffer for this appointment and scheduled another meeting downtown at noon. Unfortunately, they don't give priority to patients with appointment at all. If this is the case, why appointment?! Very poor management! Response to reply: 6 mins? You got to be kidding me! I left the center around 10:50 and so it is 20 minutes delay!! When i talked to the reception, she told me that i can drop by anytime Monday since you do not give priority to appointment anyway! Also, i have to come back on Monday to do the check since the referral is particular to your center.

If I could, would give lower score!! Terrible experience and low professionalism! Referred by my GP to have cortisone injection for my affected tennis elbow! Unaware of procedure as had never had done it before was seen by Dr Eugene NG which explained the procedure yes, but he decided to do dry needling. Here I was thinking I was doing one thing and for some reason the radiologist decided to do something completely different!! CONCLUSION: thought I was getting immediate pain reliever to be able to work without so much pain and was told 3 days in extreme pain ( as the muscle had been pocked several times to make it bleed) and 4 weeks recovery!! Still can't understand why they just didn't follow GP's referral! Ridiculous..
