Purchased in 2017. Expert pre purchase customer advice and service. Great quality product. Good value compared to all other products available in Australia. Fast delivery to my driveway. Easy to assemble if you follow the manual step by step. Wood was good quality and once constructed so solid. 12 months down the line kids still love it and weathering really well. Happy with my investment.
Easy from start to finish! The staff were really helpful and our new climbing frame was delivered quickly - we love it already! The quality is great and it looks even better in person!
Disappointing experience. I received very poor customer service when inquiring for replacement parts that were defective and never fit for purpose originally.
