I worked for near 3 months at Broadview Windows and Doors. I received one pay slip during that time without an ABN. Within a short time wages were not paid, Mary got aggressive when I asked about being paid. Then I discovered she had run out of money. She tried to treat me like a slave so I left. Then discovered super that had been deducted from my wages were never paid to the Super fund. Mary boasted of having a Law Degree. The whole setup is as dodgy as they come so beware.

Fantastic job done so happy with my bi fold doors. Great service from contractors and office staff. Mary has great knowledge and ideas. Highly recommend, we will be using Broadview windows again in the future
Professional and friendly service! What a great experience buying Windows and Doors for my new house. Mary was expert with her product knowledge and more than happy to spend time with us. We were very comfortable with the whole experience and totally love the Windows. I now recommend Broadview Windows to all my family and friends.
Mary asked for money upfront, did half the job and then kept asking for more money when the doors and windows that were delivered so far were badly finished. Then she just stopped working on the windows and doors, causing massive delays for our project, all while demanding more money. We eventually took her to court as she started fabricating invoices for work that was not required. She lost the case and we parted ways, leaving us to find someone else to finish the job. Buyer beware, Mary is disorganised and a crook.

We purchased windows and bi-fold doors from Broadview. Their pricing was very competitive and their sales and installation service was extremely professional and thorough. I would highly recommended Broadview.
The worst experience. Mary blackmailed me into paying up front for the complete job when I was desperate to get phase one completed. When I tried to get the money refunded she was hiding behind a veil of company names so I didn’t know which company to sue for the funds. I feel she is running a Phoenix set of companies.
This is probably the worst company I have come across. The alarm bells should of rung when they asked to be paid the full amount up-front. Mary is completely hopeless and is the terrible combination of being incompetent and defensive. The end result of the custom door was not what we asked for and in the end we gave up the fight after months of fighting and going back and forth. My husband who is normally very accommodating and easy going was driven mad by Mary and accepted defeat. I guess this is what she wants, she wants people to just give up. There were troubles every single step of the way. They may be cheaper but nothing that was promised was delivered, Even their subcontractors (Aneeta) were in disbelief at her incompetencies. Our builder said he has never met a company as hopeless. DO NOT use this company.
