I have been doing Elisse Stevenson's Pilates class on a Saturday all of this year. I really appreciate her skill at challenging me while making it fun and interesting. She always finds a new way for me to use the equipment. I am stronger and in less pain now. Thanks Elisse your the best!!!

I've been attending physio and pilate classes for a few years now at BPS Tensegrity in Alexandria. I'd like to thank Deetsi for treating my bursitis in my shoulder. I walked out this morning feeling so much better .... no pins and needles and probably 10cms taller. Thank you

BPS is fantastic for Physio and Pilates services. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I have been attending group Pilates classes for about 6 months and love it. The classes are a great workout, there is always consideration to your injuries, they are suitable for all ages and fitness levels and best of all they are fun. I would highly recommend the team at BPS Mascot!

I am so, so thankful to have found BPS. Physiotherapy with the brilliant Lana Johnson provided me with relief and ongoing strategies to combat my temporomandibular disorder (TMD) and a host of other issues. The approach to treatment at this practice is very much focused on identifying and solving the root cause of problems rather than offering quick fixes. What's more...I came for the physio, and stayed for the pilates! I would highly recommend pilates with Elisse Stevenson for people of any and all abilities - an all-around amazing, patient and knowledgeable instructor.

This is the first Physio practice that has actually addressed a long standing problem I had with my hip. They got to the bottom of what was causing the pain in the first place and worked out a therapy routine which has fixed the problem. Very happy and highly recommend BPS.

I didn't think Pilates was for me, but after the Physio's at BPS showed me what kind of improvements I could make to my gym routine with a better understanding of my core, I was amazed. I highly recommend them, not only for pain but for performance enhancement as well, they are like 'muscle whispers'!
