I brought a suitcase from here recently. The staff member was very attentive and helpful. She approached me as soon as I entered the store, came and offered assistance when I was stuck, and was able to answer all my questions about different brands. Overall, a good experience and I will come back for my luggage needs in the future.

I brought a suitcase turned out to be faulty. Brought it back. Shop keeper won't admit to it and felt very bothered. They tried to find excuses not to exchange. When I show them by comparing to the one on display. They finally admitted and exchanged. It made me feel so bad to bring the 'trouble' and they didn't show tiny bit of sorry for selling me a faulty bag in the first place. Won't recommend.
