"Massage therapist" had absolutely no knowledge on how to give a remedial massage or how to correctly perform cupping. There was zero communication and she had no interest in being there at all. I was in agony mutiple times by her rubbing knuckles along my spine and ribs. Wasted my time and money waiting for the whole ordeal to be over.

I had been enduring severe lower back pain and made a booking in desperation as I couldn’t get relief. If I could give Lily and Sylvia 10 x️ I would!!! I walked in doubled over in pain and walked out an hour later “pain-free” and standing up straight. I highly recommend Chi Link, Carindale as a port of call to anyone suffering pain. Definitely a place of healing, health and well-being! Thank you, I will continue treatments with the wonderful ladies here and hope to be back to soon !!

Staff are really friendly and polite, very clear list of options for massage, with other options such as to whether use oils or not. Rooms are very private and peaceful. The girl asked the scale of pressure I wanted with my massage and kept on checking in on me. I think the girl even did more than what I paid for. It was nice and they have heated towels, offer tea or water after the service in a near little waiting area beside the massage room area. Recommend if you need to burn some time.

Booked and paid for a remedial massage. The online booking system is super confusing for not only the customers but also the staff. The lady I got kept complaining about my ‘tight muscles’ but all she did was give me a very pathetic back rub and kept walking in and out of the room. The next thing I know she’s putting cups on my back. Quite poorly mind you as it was very painful (I’ve had it done several times and it’s never been painful) I had to ask for her to remove them because they were so painful and the head massage gave me a friction burn to the top of my head. I won’t be going back.

I am fortunate NOT TO HAVE THESE touch me as they like to use the public restroom not flush after doing number 2 and not washing their hands either. Then return to work to rub their poo particles all on u...disgusting and unhygienic. Shame on you chi link ladies shame on you.

23/10/2020 Both my partner and I got massages with separate people at the Carindsle store. We both came to the same conclusion of the worst massage we have ever had. They put no effort in and poked with an elbow for an hour and we both came out feeling worse. Would avoid this store at all costs. Would give zero stars if you could.

My masseuse of 10 years is stuck in China because of Covid and he’s been hard to replace but Benny is amazing. He knows where to massage without having to tell him thank you sooo much :).
