Fantastic company, this is the second item I have bought from Cardiotech and they are really helpful. The salesman answers any questions and queries you have and will assist you anyway you need. The guys delivering my treadmill were great, very helpful and explained everything very carefully despite English not being their first language. Very pleased with my new treadmill!

I called about purchasing a treadmill as a surprise for my son. From the beginning of the phone call to delivery of the treadmill was a really great customer service experience. The gentleman who took my call was super helpful, explained everything clearly and the process was so easy. When the treadmill was delivered, my son said the delivery staff were absolutely wonderful with both setting it up, explaining all of the features and how to use it properly. X90 treadmill: the sales staff were knowledgeable and NOT pushy. Ordering was simple and organising delivery was easy. setup/delivery staff were great, they explained everything we needed to know including maintenance. They cleaned up the space after setting up the treadmill so it was ready to use. Very happy with the product and service. We all enjoy using the treadmill - great selection of features for a range of fitness goals.

Bought the massage chair from these guys. The cutomer service is exceptional! All questions were answered very promptly. The assembly is a breeze too, just assembling / adding the feet area. All up, once you select the location where you will be using it, this is very important as it weighs 130Kg with packing and about 100 to move without the foot area, you should have it up and running within 5 - 7 minutes at most. Instructions could do with being a little more concise, but that is just me. All in All, an excellent support team that actually LISTEN, of which is very rare these days, and a good product for the last week :-)

Very happy with my choice to go with Cardiotech! The machine is quiet, light weight and a good size for my bedroom. I dealt with two team members and they were friendly and helpful and the guys who delivered were also very friendly and gave a thorough run through on how to use and maintain the machine!
