The place isn't that clean, we had 2 small cockroaches crawl out underneath the flipped cups and under the plate. Terrible customer service, asked for Thai milk tea and chicken satay skewers and they told us they didn't have any left. It was lunch time and the place wasn't busy at all... The serving staff also left after taking our orders because she had an appointment. So we didn't have anyone to tell about the cockroaches. (2019)

Terrible customer service. Items delivered were not what was ordered and they could not replace. Protein was left out and meal contained only vegetables. The chef said he “forgot”. How cost saving for them! Don’t bother with this Thai, go to Top Thai at Wallsend instead. Two thumbs down.
Can't complain about the food as it is delicious, only last vist the mixed entree that has 6 items only had 5. Front of house staff are friendly. Menu prices are for takeaway but this isn't noted/advised on the menu or in the shop. It's only when you question why the bill is more than expected you discover that the menu price is for take away only.
This really is amazing Thai! Great service and delicious. My go to lunch choice regularly and if you haven't eaten Pakpum Thai yet you're missing out
Friendly. Absolutely accommodating for vegans - nothing is too much trouble. Been eating here weekly for years and never a bad meal. Our whole family loves this place and they deliver locally for only 3 Pineapple fried rice is the bomb!!! Ask to add cashews and its out of this world!
Had issues with Menulog delivery driver, ordered large amount of food and received none of what we ordered. Called the restaurant and they couldn't have been more helpful, they helped us sort out a replacement order that they delivered personally! Will be ordering directly through you guys from now on! Its terrible to see companies like Menulog screwing local business out of their hard earned money and potentially ruining reputation. The food was fantastic as always, will continue coming back for more!
Another local gem for Cardiff locals. Food is always fresh & on point! Tues & Wed night specials are a must have! Service has always been great! Support local business so they always remain in business! Highly recommended!
