Asked via the Cardiff office because i like to support "local' businesses for a fairly simple couple of extras to an existing design of trailer. They took three weeks after multiple calls for them to respond to my request only to have them ask me to come down to Auburn (Sydney) to discuss the quote even though i sent my request to their Newcastle office. I had given them a detailed design specification including a cad rendering of what i was after. There service is terrible and they are NOT a local Newcastle company.

Helped me get a great trailer quickly at a good price. Helped sort out the rego and were very professional with great attention to detail, including touching up some very minor scratches from storage I hadn't even noticed. Highly recommend.
