Initial supply of a quote and making of arrangements was good. However when we arrived to pick up the arranged car we were advised that we had been shifted into a different, smaller car. This was unacceptable as I’m a bigger guy and needed the larger car. We delayed our departure time for our trip so that we could ensure we had sufficient time to return the car so to then have to make another arrangement was very annoying. With not being advised earlier of the change and with no apology for how we were treated we will definitely not be using them again. Very poor customer service!

Absolutely phenomenal. I called last minute. There were no cars to fit my needs and they shuffled their bookings to make a vehicle available. Price was exceptional. I will be a loyal customer forever and refer everyone. Can't thank you enough.
Vehicles are unroadworthy Cardiff Rent a Car are a risk to public safety. Culture of arrogance encouraged by the owner
