I should have read review prior as it seems there have been similar experiences. I drove 30 minutes to my appointment booked 2 weeks in advance, only for the clinic to turn me away because the nurse was away. I have a busy schedule so this was particularly frustrating. I would suggest calling the clinic to double check (even if you have an appointment) or just finding a different clinic, if possible

The doctors are fantastic but the girls out the front in reception are so dull and rude. I know it can be stressful but seriously need an attitude change.

Would give 0 stars if a possibility. I had a 9:20am appointment at your clinic at Cardiff this morning, i waited until 10am before enquiring how much longer it would be. I was told i had another 30 mins to wait at which point I walked out. It's actually disrespectful to treat people in that way, is the time of the GP more valuable than the patients? If you are behind you should notify people or give them a realistic idea of how long they will be waiting. If you were billed for my time I am sure things would be very different.

Wasted 24 hours of my time. Booked in for telehealth call day prior, get a call today telling me it'll cost 83 because I haven't been there before. I've just lost my job, so would of been nice to know that at the time of booking. I couldn't afford it.

Attended for a blood test 8:15 am one person in front of me 8:30 still no action tried to get a drink of water from machine NO CUPS three empties on top of cooler appeared to be used ones no cups in dispenser but 5 empties thrown on floor so no water as it was so early it appeared to be from day before not good hygiene in fact filthy. The two desk receptionists seem to spend most time walking down isle for no apparent reason. After 50 minutes waiting I gave up and went down to another pathology was attended to in five minutes very professional I will never go back to your clinic for pathology unless Heather is working as she is great the rest pathetic my doctor there is fantastic.

I have been a patient of this practice for almost 2 years now, the reception staff are always lovely to deal with and helpful. Dr Charlotte is our main doctor and she listens to the concerns and tests or treats them just like a good doctor should. I definitely recommend her. I have also seen Dr Aga and she was lovely too especially reassuring me when my baby was sick. However, there are other doctors their who are rude and letting the team down. When this was brought up with management I was told because the doctor in question is an independent contractor and not employed by the practice then they pretty much don’t care. I don’t understand why Fullerton Health would want doctors representing their companies who aren’t employed by them? I’m confused. Anyway, find a right doctor and you are set! The reception staff are also great which is important with referrals , appointments and everything The nurses have been amazing when giving my baby her immunisations and that’s very important to me. I would recommend Cardiff skin and medical practice to community

My partner and I found this great practice after moving up from Sydney in Feb last year. What a terrific find! The reception staff, nurses and Drs are very thoughtful and caring. The clinic has recently gone through a much needed reno and looks fab. A special thanks to Dr Charlotte Payne for her care and knowledge in a variety of concerns we both have had. Definitely recommend this little clinic.

We won’t see your extremely sick 8 month old because we are booked up ‘all day’. No apologies/sympathy just flat out rudeness. Guess you need to know your baby is going to be sick weeks in advance...Find somewhere else
