I always contact Wes with little time during busy periods and he and the community of van owners always come work together ensuring we always have an incredible experience. From delivering and setting up the van to packing it up and collecting it. They throw so many things in for us and I can't tell you how incredible the experience is. Thanks Wes and team! Quirky website, not user friendly. Whilst the van we hired was fantastic, website did not update our payments and I received a harassing message from Wes in the evening that owners could not be paid asI had and an unpaid invoice despite receiving receipt of payment 2 weeks earlier. Tried to contact Wes on the mobile listed but he had no courtesy to answer or reply. Definitely never using site again. Try Camplify!!

We've been hiring our motorhome out through Caravan and Camping Hire for two years to lot's of happy hirers and that keep coming back to us. When we did get a bad hirer, who broke our fridge by operating it on a sloping driveway, we tried to work with hirer to get it going again, but they stopped communicating after day three and refused to get it looked at. So we are thankful that Wes stepped in to help us. The hirer wanted us to pay for all there holiday accommodations on top of refunding the entire rental and told us they would not return our motorhome until we settled the matter. We of course feared for the safety of our motorhome and Wes stepped in to make sure we got our van back and even tried to talk to the hirer to sort things out, but unfortunately they just wanted to complain. We are so glad to have had help in this very rare case and all other hires have gone very well. The back up support has been top notch. Our motorhome is now leaving tomorrow for another happy holiday and our headache experience was quickly and properly dealt with. Thank you to all of our happy hirers for their good treatment of our van and Thank You Wes, a big 5 stars!

WARNING TO ALL - Wes Smith CEO/founder of CNC Hire is one of the rudest, self-centred, unreasonable human beings I’ve ever come across. My wife and I with 4 young boys hired a Motorhome from CNC Hire and were eager to enjoy our trip planned for 3wks from Melbourne to Gold Coast but unfortunately the Motorhome fridge didn’t work for us from day one. Tried resolving the issue with the Motorhome owner but was unsuccessful. After 5 days of travelling and reaching Coffs Harbour we couldn’t continue our trip and made the decision to head back to Melbourne. At this point Wes had sent an email advising there will be no refunds if we cancel our trip unless I give the Motorhome owner a chance to fix the problem. Now, after 5 days of travelling and trying to sort it out with the Motorhome owner and even suggesting to take it to Jayco in Coffs Harbour which didn’t happen what more could I do?! My priority is to take care of my family so naturally I headed back home. Wes accused me that this is most likely 100% user error. In Albury I organised with the Motorhome owner to have the fridge tested by Jayco and turns out the cooling unit needs to be replaced to resolve the issue. Have tried talking and negotiating with Wes about the matter and being compensated but he’s main concern is dollars and not the well being of customers. I welcomed him into my home to discuss the matter and I couldn’t believe how rude and arrogant he was in dealing with the situation. He even had the nerve to tell my wife to butt out of the conversation. These are the sort of reviews that other potential customers need to hear about.
