One star because the Van was the only thing that we were happy with. Too many cooks, told one thing, told another, Don't take their Verbal word over the contract. Make sure "They" go over EVERYTHING with you, and get times dates highlighted... Make sure the time on the contract matches the time you left with the vehicle.... It's all about the MONEY Not the Customer.
