Friendly, kind community and very personable and knowledgeable instructors. The classes themselves are accessible and also great if you want an intense workout. I have a newfound appreciation and respect for the culture of capoeira. It's also encouraging to see my strength and flexibility increase over the lessons. Give it a go if you're interested !
