Apartment 16 perfect for families of 5 or 6. 3 great bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and fully refurbished. Secure parking, pool, aircon living room, great proximity to Kings Beach and amazing views. Free WiFi and Foxtel. Only negatives are walk up to top floor 7 flights from basement. Not great if you've got babies or toddlers in tow. Our washing machine was faulty but mgmt were upfront and allowed us to use a machine in an empty unit until it was repaired. We will definitely be rebooking here.
Fantastic location close to the beach and places to eat. Well presented and clean unit. A very relaxing break. Very pleasant sitting on the balcony enjoying the sea views and listening to the sound of the waves. A further stay planned.
Lovely rooms right on the beach. It's a great spot, with easy access and good facilities. I'd recommend this in a heartbeat.

This was our second stay here and we'll be back for sure. Nicely renovated and appointed apartments with easy access to the beach and cafes. Found that we got a better deal by booking direct with Rose in management. Great place!
