They are totally ruthless. May friend paid these guys 8532 in 3 year contract for water bottles. Then covid came in. No dine in, no customers. Asked them to get him out of contract as 3 year term had expired. They refused. When i insisted they used their contract clause to charge him another 2024 gst to get out of contract collection of equipment. They say that the contract automatically rolls over into next term. They do not deserve to be in the caring hospitality industry.

The water machine we had was ok however after my contract expired I requested for the machine to be collected. The exit clause is ridiculous and the exact reason companies should stay clear of subscription hire and just buy themselves. You need to give 90 days notice (so they get 3x months extra rent from it) and also a removal fee of 200 (it takes about 5 minutes and is only a small machine). This company preys on businesses - STAY CLEAR AND READ ALL THE FINE PRINT
Value for money. We have 2 machine and are used everyday. Service men are clean and tidy and never leave a mess. Prompt service as well.
Regular servicing seems fine and the old unit we have works well, but customer service is very poor. Had to chase many many times to get a billing issue resolved and ongoing repeated requests continued to be ignored from the Waterlogic team despite phone and email requests for assistance. They could do so much better. Very disappointing.
Waterlogic supplied our company with 2 water coolers for the office. The service received from all of their team was very prompt, helpful and professional. The water coolers are very cost effective, look great and everyone is raving about how good the water tastes. I would highly recommend Waterlogic.
Waterlogic has supplied us with fresh clean filtered water for the last 3months. Junie was amazing and walked us through each unit and what would best suit our daycare. Everything was seem less from our first initial contact with Junie, right through to the installation. I can't fault them at all.
Great service through out the fit out and application. Fit out was quick and without issue. Tech was happy to work with us to achieve the best solution and location of water cooler.
