Great customer service! Problem with my Samsung galaxy S6 in that when I called or received a call I couldn't be heard. This was solved by Technology Traders within minutes! Great work I highly recommend this company and especially the Capalaba store.

Went in with a faulty phone that was refusing to turn on or charge. The team member that was working that day cleaned out the charging port and managed to get it booted up again, he didn't even charge me A grade service!

Took in a broken Ipad screen for a staff member to break a button. Was advised the replacement button would be ordered and repaired at no cost. 3 months later and after multiple visits to get an update we are still waiting. No follow-up communication from any staff and when questioned was advised the Manager must have taken the ordered piece. Will not be returning.

Prompt and professional! I've purchased from this store before, and I definitely will again! Highly recommend these guys for device repairs!!! Went there today with a question about my mobile, the worker didn't even hesitate, straight out the back and few minutes later I was on my way!!!

Warning!!! Had 3 laptops and had them replace the old hard drives to ssd's and repair screens. Most importantly I asked for new copies of windows 10 and they charged me for this and they said they would install it for me for nothing, wow!. I was thinking that was nice BUT.... Then few months later I happen to check my activation keys and they were the ones from the built in BIOS\\ manufacturer and not a new activation key. They lied to me straight up. I am quite capable of installing win 10. I rang and asked about this to be lied to again.
