While waiting for our lunch saw Staff member blow his nose on a chix dish cloth and was discussed told girl what I saw and got my money back couldn't believe it won't be going back and it's owed by young kids.
Breakfast was ok (not great for the price) and the coffee was terrible. It tasted burned. The worst is actually how dirty & grimey the place is. I thought it was just the worn fabric of the seats that was bad, but looking around, there's dust everywhere, dirty fingerprints on the lamp shades and dust build up all over the ceiling. We were also directed to a booth that hadn't been wiped down after the previous users. It seems COVID hasn't encouraged a cleaning regime. We should have seen that as a sign and left, but to be sure, we won't be wasting our money there again.
I honestly wish I had of seen the reviews before eating here. I feel it is pointless pointing out problems when others have 2,3,5 even 10 months ago and nothing and i mean nothing has changed. Will never step foot in this place again
My nanna and I come here quite frequently but won't return after our latest experience! Incredibly rude staff were working and seemed put out to serve us, when asked if we could order the all day breakfast we were told " if you really want it, I suppose we can make it". We decided on something else that perhaps would be easier only to have it thrown on the table without a word after waiting for a long time,not even what we ordered and tasted horrible and cold. Took my nanna there as she was having a bad day..thanks for making it worse! Very disappointing.
Worst service EVER! Rude young man up front at 11.17 on Sunday 21st March. We will not be back to this restuarant.
Horrendous service. Ordered coffee and smashed avocado, after 25 minutes still no food. I asked for money back, the lady just said "sorry, I had something to cook, didn't want to leave it." Poor management, poor customer service. That was the first and last time for me to come here.
Sorry I didn’t read these reviews before we handed over our money! Late breakfast, took forever to arrive when I did ask if the food was coming I was told yeah yeah, just plating now, although she was out front she had the answer \u200d️ Ordered the big breakfast, most of the plate was cold but thescrambled eggs were hot and definitely cooked in the microwave so obviously everything else was cooked first. The eggs benny over cooked, Pointless asking poached eggs and getting hard eggs, the sauce tasted store bought and everything was drowned in it!Toast burned on one side and not toasted at all on the other! Coffee, well at least it was hot! Nearly 50 spent, first and last time!
