Pedders Capalaba carried out a suspension upgrade on one of my vehicles and most recently installed braided brake lines on the same vehicle. Both processes achieving an excellent result at a more than competitive price. I also go to Pedders for wheel alignments. Apart from the great service provided, the owner Sam and his entire team are professional, friendly and very welcoming, with all on staff displaying a genuine caring attitude towards both the customer and the customer's vehicle. I own a Toyota FG Cruiser, added a bull bar, winch and tow a camper trailer. Hence, I was in need of a suspension upgrade. The Cleveland Toyota dealer where I purchased the car from suggested to see Pedders in Capalaba. So I did. Not only did I get great advices at competitive price but my FG now rides beautifully. Pedders Capalaba are amazing. Upon arriving in Brisbane from Canberra for Christmas and a Fraser trip, we discovered we had a snapped rear swaybar. Tried a few places but Sam did not hesitate to say bring it in. We sourced a second hand replacement and Sam and his team fitted it the next day. Holiday saved. Had some suspension work done by these people. It went as well as could be expected but we ended up with a squeak in the suspension afterwards. It took two trips back to address the squeak, but I couldn't fault their customer service attitudes. I went back today as the second trip and so far (fingers crossed) it appears that they have fixed the squeak. In any case, what they did was way above my expectations in their efforts to fix the problem. Would I recommend this business? Definitely yes. Would I go back there? In a heartbeat. Thank you Sam and crew for taking our problem seriously and being so cooperative in your efforts to fix it.
