Last Saturday night the 27th of march, we took our 3 grandchildren to capalaba KFC. It was to be a treat, as we rarely buy take away food. We waited 1/2 an hour for our order to be completed. The first part of the order was put together while they waited for some original chicken to cook. We got home with it, the two large fries were soggy and cold, the original chicken was inedible. It was cold, tough, stringy and tasteless. We threw it out. The nuggets were also cold. Our 14 year old grand daughter ate 1/2 of her burger, it also went in the bin. It was 50.00 completely wasted, a very disappointing experience. I would like a refund for the food which was horrible. We won't be returning.

No sauces were added even after ordering them, gravy container was split and made a mess, long wait on the burgers because of bad timing and smallest breast piece ever! But you know we'll be back regardless because KFC is the bomb
The staff member that served me tonight was ester and she wasn’t even listening to me when I was telling her what I would like to order. If someone could talk to her and train her better would be a good start.
Service is really bad... quality of food or really bad.. compare to other KFC Branches... I didn’t at this branch at the Capalaba,,, but when I’m in hurry I decided to go just tonight 30-01-2021... and still disappointing same staff still in there... entertaining their friends while serving costumer.... sometimes giving free foods on their friends outside....pls changed the staff at Capalaba branch... store is really messy...
Discusting service . Wait 20 mins in drive through after paying to be told at pick up window there is no chicken left at 9.30Pm also noticed nugget and popcorn chicken boxes on wet ground
Chicken always dry and or old. Cleveland KFC 10 mins away is much better.
Would be great if food was hot all the time.
Half the time they get my order wrong. Most times person on drive through has bad manners. Quite a dirty establishment. Needs a good scrub
