I have been to the Car Wash multiple times & been happy with the service. A few weeks ago I went again for a Basic Wash & when I came home I was very disappointed. There was still bird poo on my car which I asked them to remove, there was also dirt marks all up the side of the car which I had to wipe down when I got home. Since then I have not back to the Car Wash as I'm very disappointed. I called up multiple times with just an answering machine so I later sent an email I had no response for days until I went in store and asked for a reply. The management replied via email stating that they can't remove bird poo. They're very rude in management, I would not waste your time or money & go elsewhere.

Slap happy job , but the guy was cheerful
I bought the most expensive car wash that was offered, it included the wash, dry, chamois, and tires clean/shine. I was very disappointed, my car still has dirt on the wheels and tyres aren't shined. If you look at the car, it had drip makes all over it. Will not be going there again.
The service is quick but quite sloppy. After the normal 'one minute rotating brushes' treatment, followed by a 30 seconds, very cursory, wipe down, you are allowed to use the vacuum cleaners 'for free'. My wheel hubs were still very dirty after the clean (see photo), and when asked if someone could give them a bit of a rinse, the answer was that 'it has something to do with health and safety regulations, but we are not allowed to touch it' . So no, I was not impressed.
It's a fast and cheap wash runs too quick down the track to give a clean wash
