I've found your organisation to be completely apathetic and unsupportive on every occasion (there's been about 4 times) I have reached out to get some help, I'm not sure if this is a funding thing or you are just trained to be this way to people who aren't in your system. I hope you are kinder to young people who come to you on their own in need. Judging by Emily's review, probably not, hope you're okay Emily x

At the end of last year/beginning of this I reached out for desperate help. Not only did it take a month for someone to call me back, after my intake appointment I heard nothing. I received no call back or emails. I’m now back to how bad I was again, suicidal intentions ect. Thought this place cared
