Lovely sales manager. But that's only point. Managing: Terrible !!!. They forgot to re-fixe my driveway on handover date and then pour different texture and color concrete. After several call manager said " I can't do anything for you !!!". So, have to complain to QBCC. Also be careful, If you want to change anything which they don't like, They will charge you 500 for administration fee for their own decision!!! funny, isn't it? They charged me because they don't like to put carpet (as per contract) on my tile!!! Go with this company with your own risk.

As a seasoned investor, I'm onto building my 9th home with CJ Homes. In terms of value for money, they can't be beaten, they offer fixed prices and full turn key inclusions so i always know that the price they give me i know there'll be no additional costs or anything left to do to the houses. Also; they offer a free custom design service, this allows me to consider all types of blocks such as sloping sites and odd shaped sizes to build on, that means my range as an investor is much more diversified. Their standard inclusions are comprehensive but i have the option of upgrading items if I feel the need to put my personal touch on them i.e. rain fall shower heads, over-sized kitchen benchtops, large freestanding cookers etc as it's a relatively small cost for a big impact. They beauty about CJ Homes is that they have the flexibility to whatever you want and Abbey their colour expert is amazing, she's even done a lot of research and worked with their design team on coming up with Hampton's styled designs for my next homes and i'm excited to see these come out of the ground. CJ Homes are a hidden gem in the building world, they offer all the services and expertise of a luxury boutique builder but at a great affordable price, i haven't been able to find better value for what they offer. Cheaper, yes - but if the cheapest home is what you're after, they probably aren't the right builder for you. I've recommended them to all of my friends and investors i know who have all had similar experiences to myself.
Not professional, the staff is not trained. Be very careful if you hire them they will trick you.

CJ homes are the worst builders in Australia. Donot use them as your builder. They will ruin your property.
