Absolutely stoked with the skylights!!! We chose Brisbane Skylights as they were certified installers of the Solatube Skylights and had fantastic reviews. We were impressed with the process from start to finish and the installers Cody and Liam did a awsome job and were great to deal with. Highly recommend to anyone. They certainly brighten our day :)

From quote to completion Brisbane Skylights and Ventilation Systems were excellent. The on site installation was no fuss and no mess and they even saved me money by making an adjustment to the parts needed once the job was underway. We now have natural light flooding in to our master ensuite bathroom where there was previously none. Highly recommended.
Every time I spoke with someone they were extremely friendly and helpful. Service tech's were also friendly and respectful. A pleasure doing business with this company.
Products and installation team is great. My issue is with the Sales team's quoting process, which was unclear and aimed at maximising their profit, not the best outcome for the customer. We were told by the Salesman we needed 4 vents, so went with that on trust. On the day, the lovely installation fella said we only needed one. So we went that instead. Having been previously informed by the Salesman the two devices were similarly priced, we changed to a close-able vent. I asked for an updated quote but didnt receive it before the job was completed. It turns out this vent is more than twice the price of the other. A good company, but it would be nice to have all information re pricing clearly communicated on a timely basis.
Very professional company to deal with but i'm not convinced the SolarStar 1600 Roof ventilation system is making any significant difference. A bit disappointing really :-( Response from the owner an hour ago Thanks for your review Steven, whilst the solar star helps remove the build up of heat and moisture from the roof cavity, the difference it makes on each home varies. An internal ceiling vent at the top of your stairwell may help draw the cooler air from the lower level. Dear Owner, thanks for your response. In fact this was discussed with Liam at the BNE Home show and we then added it to the job-sheet. When the installer came to the house, he said it was unlikely to make much difference so it wasn't installed. As I say a bit disappointing after spend 800.
My experience with Brisbane Skylights has been excellent. The quote and booking process was super easy and their recommendations were logical and easy to understand. The actual install was so quick and no mess and I love my skylight so much. Wish I had gotten around to doing it sooner.
On the first day Brisbane Skylights said "Let there be light " and there was light heaps of it. Just had a solartube installed in the kitchen cannot believe how much light these things produce even on a overcast day like today. Fantastic company to deal with had no problems what so ever from first enquiries to installation. Very happy with all contact with all the girls in the office always polite and cheerful also with the advice from Aiden when he come to give me a quote. Last but not least Mark who done the installation definitely knows his job and knows all about the product he is installing. Will have to look where else I can install another one. Would definitely recommend this company and product. Thank you to everyone at Brisbane Skylights.
Had a Solatube skylight recently installed in my kitchen and really happy with the results! Quote and install was really quick and pretty reasonable value! Only thing I would say is whilst the light attachment is pretty good, it does leave shadows as it’s central to the room and in the corners, the lighting isn’t great (at night). Thanks for your work!
