I know more about the nurses and hospital staffs social lives than I know about my developing heart condition. They're all on social media laughing and relaxing while I've just hit my 3.5hr mark of waiting with no information. Go to St George or even Liverpool is better than this hospital.

What an attricious ER and hospital. 1) Nurse on duty assigned to us on Tue 10 Nov 2020 around 4-5am constantly coughing all over the place. Worst of all? Not even wearing a mask and her colleague asks if she is okay. Then goes to do a COVID test. That is just ridiculously irresponsible and unethical when everyone around you is wearing a mask. 2) Waited around 5 hours to get a urine test done and guess what? Our GP confirms there is 0 record of one being done. We call the hospital and great, there is 0 record at Pathology of there being a test done. Awesome job and totally not a waste of air. This place should be shut down as it's a severe waste of taxpayer money. Although there were a few kind nurses in the morning shift.

The nurses are very friendly and attentive. They even gave little ice blocks to children who were crying. The nurses here gave regular updates about my dad which was really helpful. They had to eventually transfer him to another hospital but am very thankful for their hard work.

Seriously the nurses need to work on their attitudes. The female nurse we had was very unkind and had no sympathy for her patients pain. I know this is your everyday work but you'd better remember you are still dealing with a human being!

My husband arrive with a fever, shivering, vomited. We waited an hour and a half. No one was seen in that whole emergency room. Another lady clearly agitated said she waited 3 hours already. We left. You should rename it to recovery bay. Literally sit there till you feel better and leave. or just leave.
