Checked with Cannons 3 days prior to flight as booking made earlier on- and all was fine. Friendly office lady.On time to pick up awesome driver. Flight delayed - all good driver has left message of his location and was waiting - different driver but once again awesome Great experience Have recommended and will pass on to family friends Great rate as well Highly recommended

Thankfully, Phil had shown his true colours prior to our making a booking. I was given one quote over the phone after all details were specified and another via email. When asked simply if there was a reason for the difference and that I was looking forward to hearing from them soon, Phil replied with "use someone else". I think this reaction was purely due to the fact he was caught out or he simply just carries around a bad attitude. He's an angry man. For what reason, I am not sure, but I am certainly glad I was prompted to read reviews after his email and found many had the same experience. Anger management maybe?
I used cannons on the 25th of Feb and exsperienced exstremly poor customer service. I was due to be picked up at 720am to get to the airport and wasnt picked up until 737am I rang up to see how long the driver was going to be and stated that i would of apreciated a call from the driver to let me know how far away he was and the person i spoke to by the name of Phil was exstremly rude and "stated that if i court a taxi that they can be half a hr late so i wouldnt complain if i was you"I then said to him not to speak to me in such a derogitory manner and told me to shut up and hung up on me.I then rang back and abused him for speaking to me so rudly and hanging up on me and he then stated he wouldnt be doing my return trip when i was due to return home on the 7th of march.I stated that it had already been payed for and he said that he didnt care that ide payed and that he would give my money back but that is yet to happen.I have a disability and get specail funding to cover travel prity apauled that i havnt been reimbursed im considering going to fare trading if i dont get reimbursed and a apology
Thanks for the revue and hopefully Phil was sacked from the job,he most probably working for anather network to destroy business in Cannons just in case I won't be booking them.
