Loved the sights, lake and walk track. Discovered the waterfall which was lovely and surprising to find this way. Walk track in loop was hard but manageable, just. Take water with you. Waterfall was a wonderful reward for the hard work. And you can bypass the loop and do half the track which is great. Definitely worth visiting, and if you can to check out the little Waterfall, but make sure it has rained recently to see the fall.

It's quite a drive up to the peak where all the telecoms towers are, but well worth the trip. Spectacular 360 degree views from the top. Would recommend this.

Spectacular views. Drive slowly up the mountain it's not a race....

Great views when its clear. 2 trips required to get the view as the clouds descended during our drive up... first visit we saw nothing. Well worth the second visit however don't expect uninterrupted views.

Mt Canobolas is a beautiful place to start a number of walks from. The nature loop is a favourite. If you're looking for something a bit longer out to summit Towac is magnificent. The full loop from Canobolas to Towac and down to the information hit and back - out via Glider trail and back up the road to the top of Mt Canobolas is not for the faint of heart as there are some steep descents but well worth it for the more intrepid.

Beautiful, especially for sunrises and sunsets. You can lookout onto Orange. Note: it is cooler than usual up there so always make sure you are warm or have extra jackets in car.

If we had more time we would have walked around more and stayed for sunset. It's not too hard to get to and even easier if you were visiting the cellar doors in the area. I highly recommend this lookout. The drive and views on the way up to the lookout are stunning
