Very grateful that I could be seen on a Saturday by this practice as a new patient, and was easily able to book online the night before but wow, the doctor was SO rude to me! After waiting more than 20 minutes I went in with what I felt like an ear infection (extreme pain, blocked ear, fluid secretion, inflamed gland and pain all around the ear) although she tried to tell me I had a virus, and I had to explain I’m not sick; I had no fever, no sore throat. She ended up giving me a script but it was so awkward and uncomfortable as she was very rude about it. The receptionist was absolutely lovely though, and again I appreciate being seen on a Saturday at short notice. EDIT: it’s now two days later and I had to book an emergency appointment with an ENT due to swelling on my jaw and and face, who confirmed, yes it was in fact an infection that hair spread to surrounding tissues and will only respond to a particular type of antibiotics :(

This clinic is great, friendly, helpful staff and really convenient. In recent times I have seen Dr Aydami. He is a gem! He is so thorough and knowledgeable and really cares about people. I would enthusiastically recommend him to my nearest and dearest. They can be hard to reach by phone - I often get a dead line - but in that case it's worth walking in to make an appointment. Once there the admin are friendly and caring and above and beyond helpful.

I had been suffering from effects of low ferritin for about 6 months. After numerous failed attempts for referral for iron infusions in my local rural town, I finally started researching alternative clinics that offer the service in Brisbane. I was recommended to see Dr Anmar Aydami. I cannot express how glad I am to have pursued this service through Top Health Doctors. From the moment I walked through the doors I was greeted by extremely polite and customer focused receptionists. The process was extremely streamline, painless and pleasant. I even received a follow-up phone call to check on how I am a week later from Dr Aydami himself. Big thank you to Dr Aydami and nurse Yvonne! It was well worth the 8 hour drive!!

Convenient doctors located in cannon hill shops, not really customer service focused though, I hold a concession card that covers all medical conditions and was told because its the weekend they can't bulk bill or use concession cards, money focused practice...

EXPLOITING VETERANS I had two appointments, first appointment waited 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment for the doctor to see me for less than 5 minutes. Second appointment with Dr Kah Ho, receptionist rang me three times in the three days leading up to the appointment each time they changed my appointment time to suit the doctor. On the third time they rang me 30 minutes prior to the appointment to tell me that the doctor wanted me to know that I would have to pay 30 out of pocket for the previous week’s appointment and the upcoming appointment. This was despite me telling them that I am a veteran covered by the Department of Veterans Affairs at the first appointment (and again when I booked the second). After discussing the issue with DVA they made me aware that some doctors like to charge veterans extra money, against the legislation, to make more money of injured veterans.

We had the good fortune of talking to Pam at reception. she listened to us, validated our concerns and provided service that transcended cultural and language barriers. I think top health doctors are privilledged to have you Pam.
