Annie is a very lovely lady who obviously loves dogs and treated Poppet as her own. Annie made us very comfortable with the whole procedure and it all went extremely well. I received text messages and pictures over the few days reassuring me that Poppy was having a great time which I really appreciated. Would not hesitate to recommend Annie to others. Very happy customer!

I couldn't be happier to have found PetCloud! The whole experience of using PetCloud has been amazing. They really put me at ease knowing that my dog is in safe and loving hands. I was able to find a reputable sitter during the holidays when every pet resort / kennel were fully booked out. It also makes me happy to know that I'm supporting individuals who love what they do as pet sitters. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends and family. My first time and an amazing experience. The carer was so lovely and caring which meant my time away was totally stress free. I even got some photo updates. Would definitely recommend.
Ingrid was absolutely fantastic. She only had to come around and feed our dog and play with him for an hour or so a day, but she sent us updated photos each day and when we returned he has a clean bowl, his food was all topped up and he seemed very happy. We would definately use Ingrid again.
This is probably one of the more reliable and detailed pet apps I’ve used. It was very easy to find a pet sitter and it seems as if insurance is included part of the stay. This will now be my primary app of choice when looking for a pet walker or sitter.
Our sitter was wonderful with our cat. We came home after two weeks away to a very relaxed and happy boy. It was so obvious that he had been very well cared for and so we felt immediately less guilty about leaving him over the holidays. We couldn't have asked for a better sitter :)
I was a bit nervous at first as my cat has only ever stayed with people I know but once I met Steph and her partner I was immediately at ease! They took care of him for a week and sent me updates and photos during his time with them and the only thing I was worried about when I came to pick him up was if he wanted to come home!! If I ever need a sitter again I wouldn't hesitate to contact Steph! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a home away from home for their pet with loving and caring people
