Always love coming here, wait times are always lesser and we get our bubble teas quickly and nicely. Seems to always have the cake I want, and also has a nice seating area. Kids and wheelchair friendly. Would recommend this place. Parking-wise is a bit tricky, but if you park at Carousel's parking as close to this place as you can and walk over, you'll be fine.

the only bubble tea place that will give you great service and drinks.
Staff are always polite and I usually receive my orders fairly quickly. The tea always tastes great. However, I wouldn't recommend the cakes they sell, they're not very good.
The new flavour: Brown Sugar Soy is really good!

The people here are so nice and professional. The bubble tea is always good, as well. Consistently good! I will keep coming back!
4 stars cos their staff are always friendly and good desserts but loss one star cos the wait time was SO FRIGGIN long on a Thursday afternoon.
