. I noticed more leather bags were available and they are on sale. Some of the bags on sale were really good value. Customer service was good. Not too intrusive and not ignored either.

I went into this store to discuss the process regarding a warranty exchange and delt with a rather repellent south African whoman who was Incredibly quick to cast blame regards to the issue at hand but did not enquire at all as to what the problem was or nor did she lend a sympathetic ear or care to my situation. Im writing this after I went to a different store (in Melbourne) and had absolutely fabulos customer service answer they took care of my needs and even offered me the opportunity to upgrade my bag.
