Got my hair dyed, cut and blow dried. Staff weren't overly friendly, except the lady who I presume is the owner/manager. I kept trying to make conversation and just got bored replies of "oh yeah" and "mhmm". I decided to just shut up and sit in silence for the remainder of the time. Hair colour wasn't really here or there. Won't be returning due to the ice maidens working there.

The customer service was fantastic by everyone in store!! Shanelle was fantastic with her work and her service !! Alana was such great help !! Really impressed with how great the team works together and how comfortable they made me feel while I’m 8months pregnant!! Highly recommend this place
Shenelle was awesome. She has a soft hand and very customer oriented. While the rest of the crew were so polite and accomodating. Price is worth the service they delivered. Products serve as advertised.

Great service, super friendly staff ... they’re so incredibly accomodating and patient which means a lot to someone like me whose work hours often makes it difficult to get appointments ! Ashley is lovely to work with and does magic with my hair !
