Rudest experience in a long time from the staff in particular Brendan. Condescending and belittling and no effort to help me with my glasses. I truly cannot believe this level of unprofessionalism still occurs in today’s world. This business does not care about customer service at all. If I were the boss and I saw these reviews I would quickly do away with most of my staff for losing business and customers. This is a true experience from me, out of fear from backlash and harassment I have used an alias account so they cannot contact me. I will not be going there again and I would suggest all customers to go elsewhere. OPSM is not worth it. Do NOT go there. I have warned you.

Absolutely fantastic OPSM store with friendly, professional staff, which is very neatly presented and setup.
Rachael, I believe her name was. Is one of the rudest sales staff I have met. Do not recommend this store or her to anyone. Management should seriously consider taking this feedback as the many one star review of this place does not lie.
This is not indicative to all OPSM store, however recently my son needed to upgrade and check his glasses and vision. Staff at this particular store were not only rude to my wife but very curt to not explaining options available. My wife, Daughter and now my son have going and using OPSM over 15 years. Loyalty will be cut short with attitude and customer service, the next time I will go in and speak to them instead of my wife. Guarantee it will have a different outcome. Your saving grace is the actual optometrist was very nice and explain everything. I will take business elsewhere. Looking at the other review this seems to be a reoccurrence. Other stores do it a lot better.
It has been a while since I have been to OPSM mainly because of price. However, my experience with the staff (Todd) the other day was so wonderful that I think the price difference is worth it. I wish more stores have mature and experience people on board. Tired of being served by 16 year old's that don't know customer service or have a decent product knowledge. Thanks for your help Todd.
My wife spoke with Karl at OPSM Carousel to get a pair of glasses (frame lenses or just frame only). After a long discussion, we end up only getting the frame only. Karl has informed and promised us several times that he was going to provide us a brand new frame instead of a display frame. Once my wife paid off the frame, Karl informed us that he's going to grab the new stock for us. Karl brought the display frame to the corner on the other side for him to wipe and clean it, brought it back to the other side of the shop to get a blank new glasses case and pack it up for us. I've witnessed this whole process completely. When he provided us that wiped and cleaned frame from display, i've stop everything and told him that i'm very sure that's not a brand new stock. Karl still persistently informed us and try to convince us that the frame in that case is a brand new frame in stock and the display frame is in the other corner of the shop. I've end up challenged him to leave the provided frame on the table and ask him to grab the display frame from the other corner of the shop to prove me that the provided frame is a brand new one. Karl left to the other side of the shop to discuss about this with either his manager or colleagues. Then he's back to our table again to inform us that they actually don't have any stock and the frame in the case is actually from the display. He's willing to refund the frame for us. We're really disappointed about this whole 1.5 hours length of situation. Definitely will not going back to the shop. In short: BEWARE when you're purchasing glasses from this shop. Regardless their articulate and polite service, seems that lying to the customer is normal.
Great service! Lady called Rachael went above and beyond to help with my purchase. Would absolutely recommend this store.
