Fabulous Service and Choice.
Went to Johnny Bigg in Carousel last Saturday, the staff here helped me so much, very attentive and courteous offering me good advice, and even disagreeing with me when needed to help me choose the best fit and style for myself. Prices were very fair, especially since we got in there during a sale. Helped me replace my whole wardrobe. The store is well laid out and bright. Will for sure be shopping here again.
It is pleasing to know that in a time when customer service is at an all time low there are some places you can go to shop and be treated like you matter. I went to Johnny Bigg for the first time time this evening. I was given complete attention by the sales team who helped me get select the clothes I needed for a forthcoming event. Not only is the service first class, the prices are also very competitive. Johnny Bigg is going to be the first place I go for all my future clothing purchases.
Great customer service, the moment I walked in the door they have their full attention to me. They helped me find what I was after. Even went out back to find more stock. They were very friendly and I'm glad to say I will shop there again.
