wanted to thank your hearing clinic for treating my wife, she booked in for a hearing test and was found to have a slight hearing loss in one ear, your specialist recommended she come back next year for another test to see if any change to her hearing, she had been pervious to a hearing aid company and they were very forceful and tried to sell her hearing aids and she felt very uncomfortable with them,so my point is, thank you for being so honest and professional and we will see you next year for a follow up appointment

Made a couple of visits to see Gerry before deciding to go ahead with the aids, up to then, not really think they were for me. Time passed and hearing conversations in even small groups in restaurants was becomeing more and more difficult, and I think even the friends dining with me were getting a bit annoyed at my “sorry” “ pardon” “ say again “...... so, finally Gerry provided the Siemens aids, took a couple of weeks to get used to them, but I could hear others at our restaurant table and even at “other” tables ,...wow . , also TV was seriously better and being clearly able to hear my car indicators when I had left them on.... nice not to need wif’e.... indicators still on hon !!! I’ve done a bit of research on Siemens and they seem to be the best available, so I guess it’s a case of being offered the best available first up, and really getting what you pay for. Im very happy with Hearing Loss Specialists because now I can hear !!!

He charges too much, does not explain options or limitations! he charged me a price for one...at next purchase i got 2 aids for price of one elsewhere
