Terrible customer service. Could not get hold of anyone - no response to emails or messenger until days after sent. Finally just kept ringing until I got through. Had to split our treatments as I booked a couples float and massage for a Valentines gift but they couldn’t fit us together so that was disappointing. No fluffy towels after the float - just a paper towel thing and a robe on the back of the door. Masseuse was male - we were not advised of that - and he must have had a cold as he continually sniffed through both massages - very disconcerting. There was not enough water offered and no relaxing tea that we were aware of. I got rather dehydrated as usually you have lots of water with a massage. The float pod had a visible scum line unfortunately and looked dirty. Overall very poor service and we certainly will not be going back and would not recommend it.

Not worth the money, low quality service. Unorganised receptionist. I booked remedial 1 hour plus float. Message was good for half an hour and the rest felt she was not putting any effort. Float was good but 45 minutes too long and feels boring,not worth it at all. Over all very bad remedial massage.

Very poor service. Bad remedial massage, bad attitude, no effort to address clients problem areas. Unorganized reception, low on staff. Dirty float rooms. Overall very bad experience and waste of money and time. The remedial in particular was very poor quality.

We often forget to take time out for ourselves. Definitely feel like I've pushed a 'reset' button once every time I leave after my Sauna and Float. Posting these photos to show people how to park here, as I found it a little tricky :) on Albany Highway, theres a spot you can pull into across from Officeworks.

I was really looking forward to this as an exhausted parent (I’m sure most can relate ) the receptionist was friendly but a bit disorganised, kept me waiting afterwards when it came time to pay. The remedial masseuse was the worst part, said something very inappropriate about a medical condition I have that had nothing at all to do with the massage and worse about my child. She didn’t mean to be rude im sure but still it was upsetting and I couldn’t enjoy myself after that. Also the massage itself was very mediocre and to top it off she had bad breath, I know that happens, but if you’re working up close on someone perhaps chew mints as that was pretty awful.

Called float and Restore today and they booked me in for a 1600pm for 20 Sauna. However, when I reached there they wanted me to pay 40. Was been miss guided by the staff and apologised as they don’t want to get in trouble for a 20. Such a Horrible Customers Service.

What a treat! It's great to have this Spa nearby and in great location. Featuring its sensory deprivation treatment, Float & Restore also offers other treatments like massages and sauna. The staff are so friendly, accommodating and definitely professional! When we walked in, we were greeted with the Zen. Calming design, spotless and smells awesome! You get to take off your footwear before entering the treatment room. The treatment rooms are very welcoming and make you feel safe. Very roomy and clean! Love the corner seating room for after treatment chat and relaxing with herbal tea. There's parking bays nearby too! A haven for tired souls. Highly recommended!
