well things have changed drastically at this shop.have been there three times and to my delight the food has been consistently fresh and very good. I know my job and whoever is in control is doing their job right. chip's are fresh fish batteries crisp oil gets changed regularly. this is why I keep going back.keep up the good food and I'll keep spending cheers

I am training there and the boss is very nice I go there to get food very fast service and very good food never cold or under cooked
One of the worst shop I’ve been to. Customer service is so bad that when I complain to the boss (Asian long hair) she ignored me. Cold fish and cold chips, even with gravy the chips is still dry. Never ever going back.
On my lunch break I was served around 2:30 during a busy rush when only one young girl was on! I overheard her tell a customer it was her second day and she was enjoying it even though she was serving numerous customers at the same time, she looked cool, calm and in control and the entire time had a smile on her face. About time they hired someone like you lass, I hope you own your own cafe one day - you'd have plenty of happy customers!
Hands down the worst Chicken schnitzel i have ever hand. It was hard nd cold. The grilled fish was extremely smelly. The overall food was unbearable.
Very dry and tough chips. Looks like it's been put at there for a while and refire it again. Chicken drumstick taste really weird and very old. Everything is too salty, I can even see plenty of chicken salt on it. Would not come back here again.
Great if you like very dry chips. I suspect it’s double fried to achieve that rock-like exterior and powder-like interior fries. Won’t go near this again.
