Great prices, functioning items, nice reps. Decently small store with a huge storage unit out the back. Go there if you need anything to do with computers, be it an ethernet cable, all the way to an amazing gaming setup for a fraction of the cost of other stores. Trust me, if you want it, they probably have it!

Got a really good price on a 1 Terabyte internal hard drive. Austin computers was also excellent on price for ram expansion. Friendly staff and genuine.
Went in to Austin Computers for the first time today to buy myself a creative stage air soundbar. Excellent customer service was quick and easy, and affordable. Ryan super helpful too.
Ryan has been super helpful at answering all of my sons computer questions. Would recommend Austin to everyone.

Purchased a CPU which did not come with a cooler (others of that make and model do). Fair play. I asked to be recommended a cooler, stating it needed to be decent and easy to install. He recommended a brand and I mentioned I'd found that brand extremely fiddly and difficult to install. He told me that wasn't the case. Came home to discover the cooler I had been sold was not only extremely fiddly, it had extensive requirements of the case it was to be installed in and not something that should be sold without determining as they are not common. Essentially he either didn't know what he was doing or was actively trying to rip me off.
Great place,really pleased with the service. Laptop problem explained and solved by purchasing a monitor. Ryan was clear in his explanations and gave me a range of options to solve my problem.
Justin is a magical person, kind and intelligent. Everyone loves Justin. Ryan is almost as important.
